Order Process

You can follow the steps below to place an order with us:

  • We accept orders for the following products.
  • For raw products, we supply according to your requirements in terms of quantity, product samples, etc.
  • All raw products meet both Vietnamese and international standards. For each order, we provide full details including origin, production unit, and technical specifications.
  • After you confirm the final order and complete payment, UT Tea will handle preparation, inspection, packing, and shipping.
  • UT Tea will update order status daily for your tracking, and we can even arrange video calls for you to follow the process in real time.

Our Goods Preparation Process
As an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), we take full responsibility to deliver products based on your specifications – including composition, standards, packaging design, labeling, and shipping.

During production and preparation, we provide pictures and daily updates.
We only proceed with final delivery when all your requirements are satisfied and you confirm shipment.
Before shipping, your order will be checked and confirmed one last time.

Payment Term

1. For Orders Under 20,000 USD (with contract)

  • Currency: US Dollars. Payment is 50% in advance, the balance after shipment. All intermediate bank fee stands by the buyer.

2. For Orders Over 20,000 USD (with contract)

2.1. Commercial Representative
We encourage payment through a licensed commercial representative.
Both parties work with a legally authorized intermediary, recognized under Vietnamese law (Clause 11, Article 3 of Commercial Law 2005) and international law (Agency in Anglo-American law, Agent commercial in French law, Absatzmittler in German law).

Benefit: This reduces risk, ensures fair pricing, and provides security since the intermediary is legally independent of both parties.

2.2. Letter of Credit (L/C)
A conditional payment commitment from a financial institution (usually a bank). UT Tea will:

  • Present all documents required under the L/C.
  • Prove fulfillment of obligations to deliver goods/services within the specified timeframe.
  • Submit documents (commercial invoice, bill of lading, insurance, certificate of origin, product details, etc.) to the issuing or nominated bank for payment.

Other Conditions

  • Two sides commit to expedite all conditions and terms in contract seriously.
  • During contract, if there is any difficult or problem, two parties have to notify in proper time before 5 days to settle together.
  • Any discrepancies and/or disputes rising out or in connection with this contract not settled amicably shall be referred to Hanoi city Court to solve.
  • Arbitration fees will be beared by lose party.
  • The contract is valid up to 15 days since the contract expiry, if two parties have no extension or claim, this contract will be considered invalid.
