Shipping Information

Placing an order with UT Tea means you agree to our company’s terms and conditions. Once confirmed by both parties in the contract, UT Tea officially becomes your supplier of products and services.

Delivery

1. Sample Shipping by Air and Sea

• Customers receive FREE product samples (shipping fees covered by the buyer).
• We cooperate with leading air freight providers to ensure high-quality, well-handled samples delivered within 3–5 days.

2. Order Shipping by Air and Sea

• Small Packages
  • Delivered via door-to-door or all-in shipping, depending on customer preference.
  • We partner with reputable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, VPS, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
• Large Volume Orders
  • Quality follows approved sample. Vietnam green tea is packed in PE/KRAFT/PP 50kgs net. Vietnam green tea is packed in 7kgs PE/PP*5 bags in a big PP 35kgs net per bag.
  • Shipped mainly by sea in containers from Hai Phong port, Vietnam
  • Delivery time: Within 10-15 days from date of arrival deposit.
  • Shipping mark on pp bags will be advised by the buyer.
