To recognize and appreciate the dedication and hard work of our employees, UT Tea Company recently organized a 3-day, 2-night company retreat in Sam Son, Thanh Hoa Province. More than just a relaxing getaway, the trip provided an opportunity for employees to recharge, strengthen team spirit, and foster closer connections across the company.
During the trip, team members enjoyed the fresh sea breeze and beautiful beaches of Sam Son while taking part in various recreational activities, including swimming, sightseeing, and leisure time with colleagues. Moments of laughter and relaxation after months of hard work helped everyone connect, share experiences, and better understand one another.
One of the highlights of the program was the exciting Team Building event held on the beach. Through a variety of engaging team challenges and games, participants demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, determination, and a strong competitive spirit. The Gala Dinner was another special part of the journey.
